Returns for Books and DVD's ONLY are accepted within 14 days of the date that you received your order (in original condition).
If the product is received damaged, contact EscrowCoord.com at 925-305-9625 for a replacement only (no refunds).

We are unable to accepts returns for CD's and downloaded PDF material from the website.
If your return is shipped after the timeframes indicated above, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you.
NOTE: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is damaged.
